This a full-time position. The hours are 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday. 
Provides supervision and leadership to the staff of the Central Supply (CS), Laundry Department, and Print Shop. Engaged in the sourcing, distribution and maintenance of supplies and equipment, for the care and treatment of patients. Coordinate staff schedules. Communicates with clinicians and resolve supply inquiries of assigned inventory locations.
 
The Supervisor, Distribution will:

• Reviews inventory reports daily, and follows up on open orders and backorders of stocked items.
• Enter requisitions in ERP for inventory replenishment.
• Oversee Supplies Inventory of the Central Supply and Warehouse location.
• Oversee the receiving process and takes responsibility over the completion of the returns as needed.
• Prepare and post staff schedules. Approves time cards.
• Train and educate staff on new processes. Ensures staff rotate inventory, cycle count, and remove expired items.
• Maintain documentation for code carts, rental equipment, and expired items.
• Input staff access to Scrubs Management system. Delete inactive users.
• Assume other duties and responsibilities that are related and appropriate to the position and area. The above responsibilities are a general description of the level and nature of the work assigned to this classification and are not to be considered as all-inclusive.

Qualified candidates will possess:

• Associates degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in inventory management and sourcing of supplies, preferable in healthcare environment.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
